Latin and Spanish inspired cuisine gives a generous number of options in the menu of Escobar, nevertheless they are not afraid to let influences from other cuisines grind into the dishes they present! The menu is built on small bites and funky vegetarian dishes.
Since a few months our first L’OUI cocktail machine has been an indispensable part of Escobar and many cocktails are served to happy customers. Our (potential) clients are welcome here for a demonstration with L’OUI.
